These assessments will be completed to facilitate the development of a personalized approach that perfectly aligns with your needs, ultimately accelerating your goals and overall progress.

Strength & Conditioning | Sports Performance

The athlete begins with an extensive full body assessment, starting from the feet and progressing through the ankles, knees, hips, spine, and finally, the neck. During this assessment, Joe carefully examines any limitations in ranges of motion, previous injury concerns, and ensure proper functional mobilities. Following the completion of the full body assessment, we will move on to a movement assessment. This assessment will involve analyzing the athlete’s movement patterns, deceleration and acceleration phases, rotation/anti-rotation strength, energy system development, and more. Whether your goal is to enhance vertical jumping, increase punching power, improve running speed, or prepare for an 8-week fight camp, Joe’s services are tailored to meet your needs.

As a valued client, you also gain access to a range of state-of-the-art amenities, including a full panel blood test, in-body scan, IV infusion, massage therapy, and cryotherapy. This first-class service is wholly committed to assisting you in becoming the utmost optimal performing human being you can be.

Online 1-1 Coaching

Not located in the Los Angeles area? No problem. To get started, you'll complete a baseline questionnaire that will help Joe develop a customized approach tailored to your specific needs and goals, accelerating your progress. You'll then receive a list of movements to further assess your current physical baseline. Personalized workout plans with detailed descriptions and accompanying workout videos will be provided. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity for a weekly video call with Joe. During these sessions, Joe will monitor your progress, keep you accountable, and make any necessary adjustments to your training program. Joe's ultimate objective is to optimize every aspect of your training to ensure you achieve maximum results.
